Terry Anderton
Terry AndertonFounder and CEO
Terry Anderton is the founder and CEO of Wagz and a lifelong dog owner. Terry has a long history of building disruptive and forward-thinking technology companies, including Gemr, a social commerce platform; Trunity, a cloud-based textbook company he took public in 2012; and NitroSecurity, a network security developer acquired by Intel in 2011. Terry has also served as a Senior Sales Executive for Cabletron Systems and McAfee. He started his career leading world wide sales and launching the game of Paintball for the inventor of the game.
Samuel Stoddard
Samuel StoddardCo-Founder and CTO
Sam has been a software engineer for over 18 years, serving as a systems architect and project leader with many large and small companies including Avid, Pan American Airlines, and Cabletron Systems. His creativity at solving difficult problems is impressive and now eagerly employs that in his leadership of Wagz’s engineering team.

He is also a lifelong dog lover, dating back to early adolescence, when he welcomed Maisie, his family’s first border collie puppy, into their home.

Geoffrey Ness
Geoffrey NessCOO
Geoff has been a serial entrepreneur for years, starting his own IT firm in high school and growing it to a million dollar company. Combined with his love for dogs, he brings strategy and operations knowledge to the Wagz team, assisting our CEO with day to day operations and company direction. Geoff’s chocolate lab Lucy accompanies him to Wagz headquarters daily and ensures everyone has a smile on their face.
Tom Mason
Tom MasonChief Supply Chain Officer
Tom brings 30 years of experience in high tech new product development and operations from such industries as semiconductors, automotive, and military aerospace products. With three other partners, Tom recently created a sub-contract manufacturing company using robotics to make footwear for a major US running brand, located in New Hampshire. The company recently sold to one of the largest EMS companies in the world. Tom is also an active member of the Industrial Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of New Hampshire. In addition to a small cadre of Glo-Fish, Tom and his family enjoy the company of their eleven year old Chocolate Lab named Kitty.
Joshua Jasper
Joshua JasperVice President of Veterinary Business Development
Josh has been in the animal care industry for over 12 years, serving in several areas including shelter rescues, veterinary medicine, and grooming. His background in veterinary management over the past 10 years includes managing multiple general, specialty, and emergency practices as well as multi-hospital management. His passion is building team cultures that focus on excellent client experiences and the best possible patient care. In addition to management, he is trained as a veterinary technician. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and his Newfoundland, Gus, and his rescued Labrador mix, Loni. In addition to canines, Josh is an avid lover of reptiles.
Chelsi Christensen
Chelsi ChristensenDirector
Chelsi is the President of Design East Interiors, one of the most prestigious and recognized Interior Design firms in the nation, having won over 100 awards from the National Association of Home Builders over its 25+ year history. Chelsi is a second generation owner of Design East. Prior to that, she had an extensive career in high technology, working as a sales and business development leader for NitroSecurity, Candle Software, and many others.

Chelsi was a sponsored and highly competitive snowboarder. She is an avid dog lover, having rescued her chocolate lab mix Buddy over 10 years ago!

Judith Blake

Judith E. (Jude) Blake has more than 35 years of experience in strategic marketing and leadership in a variety of industries, including telecom/cable, beverages, and packaged goods. Since 2005, she has served in advisory roles for a broad range of businesses, organizations, and start-up ventures, where she provides strategic direction on critical issues, marketing and growth strategies. Previously, Jude was the Chief of Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Consumer Markets for Cablecom GmbH, in Zurich, Switzerland, Vice President of Marketing, Programming, Sales and Service for Ameritech New Media, and held executive marketing positions for General Mills, the Pepsi-Cola Company, and the G. Heileman Brewing Company.
Dick Andersen
Dick AndersenStrategic Adviser
Dick has been building and running early stage companies for the past 15+ years. His background includes executive positions in both large and small technology-oriented companies and particularly enjoys the opportunities and challenges in startups. In his spare time, Dick continues his 25-year career as an active youth soccer referee and his volunteer work as a mentor in the Northeastern University Student Venture Accelerator, IDEA. Dick is also an adjunct faculty member at NU’s D’Amore McKim School of Business.
